picnik is alright
Ok…Photoshop is a program that you have to actually pay for…there is a free trial for it but it is only for 30 days…and it is a pretty complicated program to use…but there is a website that allows you to do similar things…www.picnik.com is a good one…Hope this helps and is what you are talking about…:)
